No doubt this has happened to some folks, including myself. Whilst trying on a blouse that is just a little too small, you try to pull it back up over your shoulders. You get stuck! You can't pull the blouse down, and you can't pull it up. Quagmire.

Has This Ever Happened to You?

This is my stepdad, Al, a.k.a The Duffa. On the ride home from the airport, he fell asleep in the backseat with the seat belt across his face. His mouth was of course open the entire time. When we arrived, he had a seatbelt line on his face. We wiped the drool from his chin, so as not to draw too much attention to him at the Weathervane restaurant.

...and so begins the sketchy sketches that I do when I am inspired by the funnies I run into. I am able to laugh at myself, so this first one is a self-portrait. When I drew this, I was a little bit more portly than I am now. THANK GOD for treadmills. I will be adding more drawings each week, depicting my satirical, if not sarcastic sense of humor. The names and faces are purely fictional, and do not represent anyone....except in circumstances when I draw myself of course!
